		<description>Its a shame that he didn&#039;t get as much credit in the mainstream audience like some other editors, for doing so much for pushing and developing american cooking into a respected cuisine, but in the brief 5 min that I met him through an old friend they were helping out, you could tell that credit or fame was not what they were looking for.  Extremely genuine people all around.</description>
