The top left corner is 0 minutes. The bottom right is 2 minutes. Photos were taken every 2.6 seconds. In each triptych, the cup on the left was stirred slowly, the cup on the right was stirred quickly, and the cup in the middle wasn’t stirred at all.
The vortexes on the right add a great, artistic touch to the photos. How quickly did you take the photo after removing the stirring device to get the vortex to appear so starkly?

The stir bars are still in the glasses. I had two stirrers supporting the board the glasses were on (which is why the unstirred one is in the middle). If you download the large version and look closely you can see the stir bars in the bottom.
